TRAILS ARE =
CLOSEDTrails suffered a complete meltdown over the New Years holiday thaw due to temperatures in the 40's and rain. Bare ground is on 80% of the entire system. Trails will remain closed until we get at least 6" or more of new snow. The good news is, it will stay cold and the thawing is over.
There is an abundance of winter wheat planted this year, so watch for some trail deviations in our area from previous years. Good news is winter wheat is a one time shot, so all the normal trails across fields should be back in place for 2011-12 season.
DO NOT RIDE when temperatures are above freezing
.Watch out for trail changes. Several trails have been moved due to landowner problems.
Ride only on marked trails or we will loose more trails. If you see a landowner outside while riding - give them a wave! Nothing speaks louder than a little friendly thank you.*******************************************************
